At Eco Friendly Boxes UK, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that we are not responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from delays in production, shipping, or delivery.

Turnaround Options

Standard Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping across the UK with an estimated delivery time of 8-10 business days after final proof confirmation. Please keep in mind that these are approximate shipping times and are not guaranteed.

Priority Shipping

Need your order sooner? Choose our Priority option for guaranteed delivery within seven business days after final proof confirmation. A small shipping fee applies, but your order will be dispatched within seven business days.

Express Shipping

For urgent orders, our Express option ensures your order leaves our facility within four business days after final proof approval. Please note that rush job fees will apply for this expedited service.

Important Note

To avoid potential delays, ensure you provide final proof approval before 11:00 AM. Failure to do so may result in an additional business day being added to the processing timeline.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, adverse weather conditions, shipping company delays, or international customs hold-ups. While we do everything we can to meet deadlines, these factors are beyond our control.

In the event of unexpected equipment malfunctions or technical problems causing delays, rush charges or expedited fees may be reimbursed or waived as appropriate. Please note that orders cannot be canceled due to printing or shipping delays.

For international shipments outside the UK, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Customs clearance must also be handled by the customer.
