How to Measure Your Box

To ensure a perfect fit for your product, always provide the inside dimensions of the box. The outside dimensions will be slightly larger due to the thickness of the corrugated material.

The shorter side of the box opening.

Height (Depth):
The distance from the bottom of the box to the top.
Pro Tip: Add at least 1/8" to 1/4" to your product's dimensions to ensure it easily fits inside the box and can be removed without struggling.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 6-8 business days after proof approval. If you need it faster, we offer rush production (3-5 days) for an additional fee depending on the box style and quantity.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have a very low MOQ of just 100 boxes for most custom printed styles, including mailers and folding cartons. Luxury rigid boxes may require a higher minimum of 250-500 depending on complexity.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts. We can also work with high-resolution (300dpi) TIFF or PSD files. Our prepress team will review your files for free before printing.

Can you help me design my box?

Yes! We offer free structural design support. If you need help with the graphic design (logos, patterns, typography), our in-house design team can assist you at very competitive rates.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Absolutely. We offer custom printed structural samples so you can test the size, material, and print quality before committing to a full production run.
