Build the box around the stationery set
Stationery Packaging Boxes may hold a single item or a group of paper goods. List each piece, its size and count, then measure the arranged set with any band, sleeve or insert included. A simple layout or photograph can clarify how the contents should sit.
Keep the contents easy to identify
Decide which details belong on the outside: brand, set name, colourway or a short contents list. If the box is part of a coordinated stationery range, send the other item names and artwork files together so the visual system can be reviewed without forcing identical layouts.
Prepare each piece for a fit check
- Contents list, dimensions and quantity per set
- Preferred opening and any divider or insert
- Artwork, colour references and pack wording
- Retail, gifting or fulfilment use
Check the fit before approving print
Review the folded structure with the actual set where possible. Paperboard, print, finish, price and delivery depend on the agreed specification and will be stated in the quote.
