Quantity guide

100 Boxes vs 500 Boxes

The right first-run quantity depends on demand, storage, cash flow and how confident you are in the approved structure. More boxes are not automatically the better decision.

100 Boxes vs 500 Boxes packaging example
Use the product, route to customer and quantity to choose the right packaging specification.

Starting around 100

A smaller run can reduce the risk of holding stock while you test a new product, launch a new design or learn how quickly the packaging moves. Some specialist structures may need a higher practical minimum.

Moving towards 500

A larger run can make sense when the product already sells consistently and storage is available. It can also reduce the number of replenishment decisions, but the specification still needs to be right before production.

Ask for both options

Include your target quantity and a second comparison quantity in the brief. We can quote the actual specification rather than adding an automatic price estimate.
