Measure the whole hairspray container
Use the closed, sale-ready can as your reference. Record its height and widest point with the cap or actuator fitted, and note any nozzle guard or accessory that must sit inside the carton. Say whether it contains one item or a set, with quantities for each size or version.
Make variant and product copy easy to check
Send the brand-approved logo, product name and artwork, with separate files for each scent, size or design. If the packaging is for a cosmetic product, ask the responsible person to supply and approve the required product information. Do not assume an outer box replaces information that must appear on the can or other container.
What to provide for a hairspray packaging brief
- Can height and widest point with cap fitted
- Actuator, guard or accessory dimensions
- Number of items and requested arrangement
- Product versions and approved artwork
- Quantity by design and delivery postcode
Approve the final cosmetic pack information
Check the proof against the exact product, size and variant, and have the responsible person review the final information for the intended market. UK cosmetics guidance sets out responsibilities for products made available in Great Britain. Confirm the chosen format, artwork and order terms before production.
