Choose the format from the content
Brochures are a printed item, so start with the information and images the reader needs. Share the page count, finished size, preferred fold and whether the piece will be handed out, mailed or included in a presentation pack.
Prepare artwork for the final panels
Identify the cover, inside pages and any panel that must remain prominent when folded. Provide final copy and image files in reading order. A proof should be checked at the finished size so small text, captions and contact details remain legible.
Details to send with a brochure request

- Fold type, paper preference and finish
- Artwork, quantity and number of versions

Proof every panel before print approval
Check spelling, links, image credits, crop and panel sequence. Paper, print, finish, price and delivery are confirmed in the quote.
