Size the display to the bottle and shelf
Measure each filled bottle with its cap or closure in place. State the number of units in one display, their arrangement and the filled weight. Describe the counter, shelf or fixture where the display will sit and include any height or footprint limits.
Decide how the product faces the customer
Mark the front, sides and any panel you want opened, lowered or used for artwork. Say whether bottles are loaded by staff or removed by customers, and whether the display is replenished while it remains on the fixture. Include bottle labels, dividers or neck details that affect spacing.
Points to include in a bottle-display request
- Bottle height and width with closure fitted
- Number of bottles and layout per display
- Shelf location and available footprint
- Access, replenishment and display-panel request
- Artwork versions, quantity and delivery postcode
Check visibility and replenishment together
Ask to review an assembled sample or drawing with the bottles in place. Check that labels face as intended, the units can be removed or replenished, and the display suits the fixture. Confirm the final construction, print and order terms in writing.
