Size each bottle with the cap in place
Measure the filled bottle in its closed, sale-ready form, including a dropper, pump or cap. Provide the widest point and height, and note whether an outer sleeve or seal remains on the bottle. If a box holds more than one item, list the complete contents and arrangement.
Plan pack-out across scents and wholesale quantities
Provide each product name, volume, scent or variant and quantity. Keep artwork files separate for versions with different details. If an insert or display pad is required, describe its purpose and include the bottle dimensions so the fit can be reviewed with the actual pack.

Review cosmetic information and variant names
If the oil is marketed as a cosmetic in Great Britain, ask the responsible person to supply and approve the packaging information. Check the product name and scent against each bottle and proof, then confirm the chosen dimensions, print and order terms before production.
