Map the light, parts and packed orientation
Identify what the box will hold: for example, an LED bulb, strip, panel or a different lighting product. Send its length, width and height in the orientation you plan to pack it. List the parts included with it, such as a fitting, cable, driver or instructions, but do not assume the carton has compartments until the layout is confirmed.
Separate the carton from protective inserts
Explain whether this is a retail carton around an existing inner pack or the outer shipping box. If you require an insert, cushioning or a tested transit specification, describe it separately and request written details of the material and evidence. The current source is an outline rather than a verified technical specification; it does not establish anti-static, moisture, shock or drop protection.
Put model information where buyers can find it
Provide the model name, product codes, approved instructions and artwork that should appear on the panels. The product owner should supply and approve any electrical, safety or compliance wording. Check the printed proof against the exact model and quantity before placing the order; board, insert, print and timing are confirmed in the quote.
