Measure the syringe as it will be packed
Measure the syringe in the state it will be packed, including its cap or guard and any accessory that goes in the same box. A barrel measurement by itself may not describe the finished pack.
Clarify the carton’s role in the pack
Explain whether this box is an outer carton around an already packaged device or has another defined role. If the device is sterile, needs a sterile barrier, tamper evidence or validated protective packaging, include the approved technical brief. A printed carton listing does not establish sterility, regulatory compliance or validated performance.
Use manufacturer-approved artwork
Provide the final product information, symbols, codes, languages and other required label copy from the responsible manufacturer or regulatory team. Confirm the proposed box, print, insert and proof against that approved information before production. The quote confirms the available construction, price and delivery timing for the agreed specification.
What the technical review needs
- Assembled syringe dimensions including caps or guards
- Number of devices and accessories in each pack
- Tray, divider or orientation requirements
- Whether the carton is secondary packaging or has another role
- Approved artwork, regulatory brief and delivery postcode
