Sizes 2L and above are mainly used in movie theatres due to their larger capacity – they’re perfect for an entire movie experience! Smaller sizes are mainly used at corporate events and trade shows. For example, a car dealership is hosting an open house and wants to offer snacks to its visitors. The 1L and 1.5L sizes are mainly used in cafeterias and gyms. The 1,7L and 2L are also often used in football stadiums for Custom Printed Popcorn Boxes and bacon bits.

With or without an automatic folded bottom?

Our Custom Printed Popcorn Boxes can be made from two types of bottles: manual and flat. Both boxes are delivered flat to save space during transport and must be folded before use.

The manual-bottom of personalized popcorn box printing come with 4 separate pull tabs that must be assembled to close the box. It will take up to 5 seconds! Custom Printed Popcorn Boxes with automatic bottoms are pre-glued, so you need to press two opposite corners together gently, and the box will fold automatically. Your Custom Printed Popcorn Boxes will be ready to use in no time, that’s why we send boxes in flat shapes, which also take up little space.

The popcorn boxes have a folding bottom, not a rounded bottom like other containers. This means they are not made for too much cheese or butter popcorn, as there is a risk of liquid dripping from the bottom.
