Measure the bottle and cap as sold
Record the glass bottle's height and widest point with the cap or brush handle fitted. Include the base, shoulders and any outer wrap that changes the packed size. Say whether each carton holds one bottle, a pair or a set, so the internal layout can be checked against the complete product.
Decide how each bottle should sit
Describe the preferred orientation and whether the carton needs a divider, insert or space for an information card. If bottles vary by shade or finish, list each version and product code. Send approved artwork and note the logo, shade name and other copy that must be visible when the box is closed.

- Insert, divider or information-card request
- Quantity per design and delivery postcode
Keep shade and cosmetic information aligned
Have your brand or responsible person approve the final product information and artwork for each shade. UK cosmetic guidance covers information shown on containers and packaging; ask the appropriate person to check which details belong on each component. Review the proof and confirm the agreed carton, print, quantities and order terms before sign-off.
