Measure the folded garment, not the hanger
Custom Garments Packaging Boxes should reflect the garment in the condition it will be packed. Share the folded length, width and depth, plus any tissue, belt, accessory or insert that will sit with it. If the box is for a set, include every item in the layout.
Plan one family across the size range
List each garment type and size variant, then decide which details change between packs. A consistent visual system can still leave space for distinct product names, colourways or care information. Final product wording remains the brand's responsibility.

Match the structure to the handover
