Count the pieces and note their wrap
Measure the fudge pieces with any paper, cup or wrapper that stays on each piece. Give the count per box and say whether the assortment includes more than one shape or size. If you sell bars, cubes or mixed selections, describe each layout so the internal dimensions can be checked against the actual pack.
Arrange flavours, layers and inserts
Explain whether the fudge is packed in one layer, stacked or separated by flavour. If you need a tray, divider, window or message card, add it to the brief and ask for it to be confirmed; the catalogue does not establish a standard insert. Share the filled weight and whether the box is for gifting, counter display or another use.
Plan the label space with the product owner
Provide the approved product name, flavour details, brand artwork and any other copy the responsible confectionery business wants printed. State whether the food touches the carton, coating, ink or a separate liner. FSA guidance covers materials intended to contact food, including printing inks and adhesive labels. Confirm board, print, minimum order, price and delivery timing in writing.
