Describe the cone shape and serving size
Measure the cone where the sleeve will sit, including its widest point and the length you want covered. If you serve more than one cone size, provide a separate measurement for each. Note whether the sleeve is applied before filling or placed around a finished serving, and share any opening or overlap requirement that affects how it is fitted.
Check where food touches the sleeve
Say whether the ice cream, cone or topping can contact the sleeve during normal use. FSA guidance covers materials intended to contact food, including printing inks and adhesive labels, so confirm the exact material and printed surface for the intended use. The old listing does not substantiate drip resistance, temperature performance or a particular coating; request those details if they are essential.
Make the logo readable on a tapered surface
Send your logo, brand colours and the panel where the artwork should appear. A cone sleeve is curved when fitted, so check the design against the finished shape and approve a proof before print. Confirm the material, print method, quantity and production timing in the written quote.
