Set the pod count and carton layout
Give the dimensions of the pod or inner pack, the count per carton and the arrangement you want. If you offer different roasts, sizes or blends, list the quantity and artwork version for each design.
Separate the pod specification from the outer box
The outer carton and the pod or its inner wrapper are different parts of the pack. If shelf life, food contact or disposal matters, identify the component and ask for documentation for the exact material and complete packaging system.
Preserve the roast details in the artwork
Provide approved product wording, roast or range names, codes and any other copy you want on the carton. Share your artwork, print coverage, quantity by version and delivery postcode. Food-contact materials and inks need to be checked for their intended use; the quote should confirm the agreed box, print and timing, not an unverified claim about the pod.
