List the camera body and every included accessory
Give the length, width and height of the camera in the position it will be packed. Add the lens, caps, cables, charger, strap, manual and any other included item to the measurements. Say whether the carton is a retail pack around an existing inner package or the outer shipping carton, since those are different jobs.
Separate the outer carton from cushioning
Describe the inner tray, wrap or protective pack already used and identify what the box needs to hold. If you want foam, a shaped insert or a tested drop-protection specification, request it explicitly and ask the supplier to confirm the exact material and performance evidence. The listing alone does not establish shock protection, anti-static properties, moisture resistance or a shipping test rating.
Match presentation to the sales channel
Explain whether customers see the box on a shelf, receive it as a gift or open it as part of an online order. Share artwork, product codes and quantity by model. Ask for the internal fit, print coverage, construction, minimum order and timing to be confirmed on the quote before approving the proof.
