Decide how the belt should sit in the box
A narrow strap and a large buckle take up space in different ways. Include the buckle, any dust bag and the size range so the proposed internal dimensions reflect the item customers receive.
Use the inside and outside deliberately
If a card, care note or small accessory is included, show where it should sit and whether it needs to stay separate from the buckle. Share the logo, colour references and product wording for the outside and, if useful, the inside lid. A shop display, online order and gift presentation may call for different openings, so explain where the box will be used.
What to measure for a belt carton
- Belt length, strap width and buckle dimensions
- Folded or rolled arrangement and any wrap
- Number of belts or accessories per box
- Retail, e-commerce or gift-set use
- Artwork versions, quantity and postcode
Confirm the construction before artwork sign-off
Ask the quote to specify the board, closure, insert, print and finish being offered; none of those details is fixed by the product name. Review a drawing or sample if fit and presentation are important, then approve the written specification, quantity, price and timing before production.
